RETURN POLICY

We are sure you will be delighted with our items, but if not, simply contact contact@jeester.com. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in good condition.

1. Send e-mail to contact@jeester.com and Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

2. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be sent to you .

3. Place the item(s) in the original packing, put in the "RMA“ Info and seal the parcel securely.

4. Drop off your package at the local post office(or other economical way, about $5-$10 for U.S.&AU Customers, not use fast expensive shipping). Send us the return tracking number(we not offer return label, you need pay return shipping fee).

5. If you need return more than 4 items( include 4 ) we'll charge 10%-20% handling from your total amount of these returns

6. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.

 Return Conditions

1.You have 30 days to decide if the items are right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days on receipt.

2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

4. Return delivery charge should be paid by you and non-refundable. But a refund will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.

5.For refund, it will be returned to your account within 3-5 working days. For exchange, new items will be reshipped to you within one week.

6.If you need return more than 2 plus size (1X, 2X, and 3X sizes) sleepwear from your order, these return items will be charged a part of fees.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

About Exchange, the step 1-3 is the same with Return Rule.you need to tell us what item you want to exchange and we will ship your exchange items in a week.
